Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils to balance and harmonize the health of our Mind, Body and Spirit and to enhance our body’s inherent healing process.

There are several ways to use aromatherapy and essential oils. When we apply essential oils to our skin, they are immediately absorbed into and travel through our bloodstream, promoting whole body healing. Inhaling essential oils is also beneficial and stimulates brain function.

Aromatherapy can be used for many reasons including pain relief, as a mood enhancer and to soothe insect bites, to name a few.

As my gift to you, you may include complimentary aromatherapy to any of your treatments or lessons. I use pure, 100% organic and/or wild-crafted medicinal grade essential oils.
