When we neglect to take care of not only our physical body, but our emotional and spiritual bodies, imbalances and dis-ease are likely to appear. Making time for self-care and granting ourselves permission to relax and unwind enables our body to detoxify itself and our immune system is naturally boosted. Once we allow ourselves to release old habits, thoughts and belief patterns that no longer serve us, fresh energy has space to flow, creating a sense of health and well-being.
